Using ZZveenus

You may use the bot and dashboard for lawful Discord server administration and community features. You are responsible for your account, server, permissions, and choices made through the bot or dashboard.

Server access and permissions

Commands and dashboard settings are subject to Discord permissions and the bot’s own access checks. Keep the bot’s role and permissions configured appropriately. Do not attempt to bypass access checks, disrupt the service, abuse bulk operations, or use the bot to harass or harm others.

Third-party services and information

Some features rely on Discord, Top.gg, Steam, YouTube, and public game-code feeds. Their availability, data, and terms are controlled by those providers. ZZveenus cannot guarantee that an external service will always be available or that its information will be complete or current.

Availability and changes

The bot, dashboard, and individual features may change or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, or operational reasons. Features are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Configuration and data removal

Server administrators are responsible for the settings they configure. A server owner may submit `/request-deletion` to ask for the server’s saved configuration to be removed. The request is handled manually by the bot owner; it does not itself delete files or automatically remove the separately stored sticky-role data.

Acceptable use and service changes

Do not use ZZveenus to violate Discord’s rules, applicable law, or these terms. Access may be limited when use threatens the service, its users, or its infrastructure. The bot owner may update these terms as the bot and dashboard evolve.
